Ordering
When ordering via E-mail, fax or USPS, please include the "part number" as well as the description of the item. If the number and description do not match, we will go by the description rather than a possible transposed number.
Payment Options
Place a secured on-line order. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Charges made on your credit card will appear as Import Associates on your credit card billing statement.
Orders where credit cards are declined or invalid will be canceled. This information will be provided by E-mail only.
Credit cards will not be charged until the order is ready to be shipped.
We also accept personal checks and money orders.
Arizona Residents
A 7.70% sales tax will be atomically added to your order. This will appear on your invoice and will be automatically calculated. ARIZONA RESIDENTS ONLY.
Terms and Conditions of Shipping
Our standard method of shipping is US Postal Service, US Priority Mail and UPS.
Shipping Fees
Sales of $1 to $20 add $4.50
Sales of $21 to $50 add $6.50
Sales of $51 to $100 add $7.50
Sales of $101 and above add $9.50
Add an additional $10 to the above rates on all orders shipped to international addresses.
UPS deliveries cannot be made to a Post Office Box. A complete street address is required.
Should you prefer some other method of shipping (FedEx, Express Mail etc.) or special shipping (next day air, 2nd day air, 3 day select, etc) please indicate this on your order. Costs will be calculated and E-mailed to you should you prefer to cancel your order or change the method of shipping.
Back ordered items may take 4-6 weeks to ship. No additional shipping charges will be billed on back ordered items unless you request a special or faster method of shipping.
Return and Exchange Policy
All stock items are returnable. You do not have to keep an item with which you are not satisfied.
To return an item:
- It must be in the original condition, including special packaging or cases where applicable.
- Returns must be made in 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund or exchange.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- A copy of our invoice with a brief reason for the return must be included in the return package.
Custom orders for specially made product are not returnable for any reason except for an error in production. They can be exchanged only for corrected items.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit it will be replaced only. This policy prevents fraudulent claims.
Privacy Policy
International Insignia will not share any information given on your order with any other persons or entities.
