Grim Reaper Patch

The Grim Reapers was a test squadron under the 4450th known as the "B" Squadron. The official designation of the Grim Reapers was the 4451st Test Sqd. On 10/5/1989 the USAF reassigned the unit to the 416th Tactical Fighter Squadron.
